Haha, I’m 35 weeks preggo and watching this made me laugh. Only I didn’t know about the pre packaged foods?? BUT luckily I don’t eat pre packaged foods because I always cook my own food. And I do eat sushi, occasionally.‍♀️

I like it that Eugene drinks water instead alcohol. Too bad it's not gonna be long term habit.

This is why we need safe, lawful abortion clinic. Zach hit the nail on the head when he mentioned life long medications for chronic illnesses.

Definately the hardest part of being pregnant for me was not being able to take my medicine. I was on anti-depressants, anti-anxiolytics, mood stabilizers, sleeping pills and ADHD medication, all of which I had to stop taking. I was always tired but could never sleep and I was very emotional, but my baby was worth it in the end.

I hated seeing Zach in so much pain...but I guess he did experience what a woman during pregnancy might experience.

If you are on anti-depressants and want to get pregnant, please don’t worry too much. Low doses of some anti-depressants are generally considered safe in pregnancy. This includes some SNRIs, tricyclic, and SSRI anti depressants. Some of the most commonly prescribed ones are SSRIs, and ones that I know from memory that are deemed relatively safe are sertraline (Zoloft), fluoxetine (Prozac), and citalopram (Celexa). There are low risks, such as postpartum haemorrhage, but a correctly medicated pregnant person is a significantly lower risk to the baby and themself, than one that absolutely needs to be medicated. (From: your friendly neighbourhood psychology degree student, who also happens to be on sertraline and plans on getting pregnant in the future)

But if you're vegetarian or vegan and don't drink, this is basically just a regular diet? (except for not taking certain medication). Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but to me it seems pretty do-able concidering I'm vegan and don't drink or taking medication that isn't allowed.
