Hobby Lobby here in California carries those Kuratake Bimoji pens in 4 sizes. But ya, Amazon is a very good choice...probably get it cheaper too!

The iPad has a auto brightness feature that you'll need to keep an eye on when drawing. it will change and if you work and it's to dark you won't see it as clearly to work and fix areas. Then when you post it if you haven't checked it with it brighter then any place you post it will show the missed areas and mistakes and a slight color change. On the other hand my Samsung galaxy tab 3 has saturation options that aren't as great for artists. Even the basic setting leans more towards either the warm or cool area. For a good description check out BoroDante channel on YT. He loves his iPad but goes into a lot of pros and cons for that and his Samsung tablet. I have an older version of iPad and the galaxy tab 3 but recently got a wacom mobile studio pro because the other two had little things always annoying me with doing art. I also have used my Samsung phones since the note 2 to do art on the go. Also Brad Colbow gives some great reviews and also does illustration as a career. Hope you find the best device for you

The skulls are.. interesting. Ehem. Imagine just walking into a room with skulls on shelves. That would be creepy.
